All orders are processed 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
PGCNV online orders are dispatched via regular Australia Post postal service. If you wish to expedite your order, please email email@example.com with your requirements.
Please note, due to COVID-related postal delays, you may experience delays in the shipment and receipt of your order.
Domestic shipping rates
All PGCNV online sales are inclusive of regular Australia Post shipment for all domestic Australian orders. If you wish to expedite your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you would prefer, local pick-up of online orders is available at ‘The Hub’, Patricia Giles Centre for Non-Violence, 21 Landsdowne Pl, Merriwa WA 6030. Please note this preference during the order process and allow 2 business days for your package to be ready for collection. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
To return an online order, please contact us directly at (08) 9300 0340 or email us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. We accept returns if:
- The product is faulty or misbound
- The product(s) received was different to the order that you placed
- The product arrived damaged
If your return meets any of the above conditions, you may be entitled to an exchange or refund, please let us know as soon as you have received your delivery.
